How long does it take for an order to arrive?
This depends on the product ordered. Most items will arrive in about 4-7 weeks. If you're still not sure, just email us. We're happy to help.
When will my order be processed?
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.
When will my tracking information appear?
You should see tracking events within 3-4 business days after you have received the tracking number.
How do i place an order?
After deciding the product(s), quantity, size(s) ,simply click the “Buy It Now” Button that can be found at the bottom of each the product description then proceed to Check Out. If you are buying multiple products, click the Cart icon at the upper right corner of your screen to proceed to Check Out.

How can i modify my order?
If a customer makes an error such a wrong address/Device size/Color the customer has 24 hours from ordered date to contact us and update their order. After 24 hours our items are processed and shipped out and we can no longer make any more changes.
What size should i get?
Measurements for each product have been provided in the description. Please go through them carefully and measure it against yourself to determine which size you should go for. Do note that we follow Asian sizes and may run smaller against NA/EU sizes.
How secure is my personal information?
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored
What are my payment options?
We only accept payments by PayPal.
What do I do If I Have Missing Items In My Order?
If something is still missing, please contact us immediately.
Why have I not received any order confirmation details?
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send out multiple emails, including an order confirmation and a shipping notice.
What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us within 2 days from receiving your order if you received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, Proof of purchase,photographs of the faulty product and all related references upon receiving your package. Once proven defective or damaged, we will send replacement.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 7-10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account. If you haven't received a credit for your return yet, here's what to do: Contact the bank/credit card company. It may take some time before the refund is posted to your account.
